Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

Finasta Corporate Finance represents shareholders in matters relating to the sale and acquisition of companies.  It provides advice on how to determine the value of shares, draws up all necessary documents, finds potential buyers or sellers and represents clients in negotiations with them. The aim of the company is to organize and implement all processes in a way that provides the best value to the customer.

Management Buyouts (MBOs)
Finasta Corporate Finance conducts management buyouts and acts as an intermediary for company management in acquiring shares or controlling interest in the company from its present owners.

Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs)
Finasta Corporate Finance helps its customers to conduct leveraged buyouts where the acquisition of a company is financed to a large extent through borrowed funds and not through own capital.  Often such transactions are completed and borrowed capital is attracted through a special purpose vehicle/entity (SPV/SPE), which is specially established for this purpose. By conducting LBOs, Finasta Corporate Finance makes it possible for its customers to acquire companies by committing relatively small proportion of their own capital.
